NaBloPoMo
No, this isn’t a foreign language, although, right now, the concept feels a bit foreign to me.
NaBloPoMo stands for National Blog Posting Month. In a nutshell, it’s an invitation to post every day for an entire month, including weekends. That’s the foreign part. Lately, I’ve had more on my mind and more to say. But any blogger will tell you that ideas and posts tend to come and go like the ebb and tide of the sea. So I’m worried that once I’ve make this commitment, will I actually be able to find the time to post each and every day? And will my posts be of interest, or merely ramblings that get lost in Internet space? So you might be asking right about now, why am I even considering this? It’s a fair question. My answer: Because I want to see if I can really do it, post for one month, every day, including weekends.
So here we go. This is Post #1, November 1st, 2008.
