Gone Shooting
Yes, it’s that time of year again. I’ve headed to Maine for my annual trip to Maine Media Workshops in Rockport Maine. This week I’ll be forcing myself to shoot pictures of people and scenes with people in them. This means I’ll likely not have any fingernails left when I get home. I’ll definitely be outside of my comfort zone this week. But what the heck, isn’t there a saying about that which does not kill you makes you stronger? Let’s hope this is true for photographers too.
Cheers!

Ooh, Rockport – have a great time! I did the Video Production Workshops for 2 weeks a very long time ago – taped an interview with one of the Photo class instructors. Wonderful.

Hope you’re having a wonderful time. I remember when you went last year. You got some nice shots. Enjoy.

I am jealous. Of course I cannot make any claim of being a photographer. I even ruin polaroid photos, and that is supposed to be idiot proof. Hmm, what does that say about me?
In any event, hope you post some photos. Bon soir.

Leslee, thanks for stopping by. As creative as you are it does not surprise me that you took the Video Production Workshop! I bet it was so much fun and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoy my classes there. It’s a beautiful place!
Hamburglar, your comments are always hysterical and make me laugh so I won’t hold the lack of photographic skills against you!
“Me”: I had a wonderful time. Rockport is such a beautiful area and it’s difficult to leave when the class is over. The people in town are so nice too and rarely to they mind having a camera pointed at them (it’s a safe place to learn).
Thanks for all the comments. Much appreciated.

Now that I have entered the world of Twittering, albeit in a rather tepid manner, I have also decided to further display my ineptitude via blogging. If you are so inclined, you can see my useless pathetic attempt here:

I may just return to commenting.
